2020: Time to stop the war on children

Save the Children’s campaign to Stop the War on Children is calling on you to step-up for children by signing their pledge.

Why sign the pledge?

The situation for children living through war is dire, but it is not hopeless. Through Save the Children’s advocacy, we can make a real difference to the lives of children.

But we need your help to keep politicians accountable to children – the pledge means you will join us in this mission.

This war on children will not stop until we speak up.

Add your name to help stop the war on innocent children.

More than 400 million children are living in war zones around the world.

Every day, bombs destroy children’s homes, schools and hospitals. Their friends are shot and injured. Their family members are killed. If we want children to be safe, we have to do something.

We need to call on the government to hold perpetrators of violence to account. We want to see recovery funding as a core element of post-conflict reconstruction.

We want the government to join a global agreement to protect schools in conflict. Schools and universities should be places of safety – they should never be a military target.

We need to act now. Pledge your support to stop the war on children.
